## AIS Login ID and Passowrd
The Alumni section of the Academic Information System (AIS) is functional. AIS is in operation since 1999. Many of you will be familiar with this system.
AIS has many features for the alumni.
- Update your profile & photographs
- Search for alumni batchwise, namewise, companywise, citywise etc
- Access Institute's Information Resources through library web (Ebsco, Proquest etc..)
- Participate in discussion forums etc.
Please update your personal information in AIS as soon as you get the AIS login ID and password.
To obtain your AIS login ID and password please send an email to alumnioffice@ximb.ac.in providing following information
- Your Name
- Batch (The Year you joined the Institute)
- Your Official email address
- Your Personal email address
- Answer to any of the following questions:
# who taught you MM-1
# who taught you QM-1

If you are not a member of ximb yahoo group and want to become one, kindly subscribe by sending an Email to ximb-subscribe@yahoogroups.com
Alternatively if you kindly send your email ID to alumnioffice@ximb.ac.in, so that we will add your email ID to our Alumni email listing for further communication.
## Alumni Contributions
Some of our alumni have taken commendable initiative towards mobilizing contribution of funds from alumni to their alma mater namely XIMB. Alumni those who intend to contribute may please send DD or Cheque or transfer money through internet banking.
Alumni Office at XIMB will declare deliberately the contributions made by our alumni every month.
