ABOUT THE PROGRAM

With the increasing demand and current market trends there is a felt need for executive education to manage the most valued asset in an organization-Human Resource. The program will focus on various HR Processes; Strategic and International HRM, Manpower and Organizational Management and Effective Administration. The program provides an in-depth understanding of HR aspects, their processes, issues involved in HRM etc.

Classes are scheduled at timings that are convenient for the working executives. Assignments and projects can be submitted online and are structured conveniently.

CAMPUS VISIT

The program has 7 days of residential academic inputs at the XIMB Campus at Bhubaneswar where intensive learning of critical soft skills components is facilitated, which is a mandatory requirement for successful completion of the course. During the period of their stay on campus, the participants need to attend intensive classroom and group learning sessions.

CERTIFICATION, ASSESSMENT & EVALUATION

The examination and evaluation required for certification shall be carried out by XIM, Bhubaneswar. The Certificate will be awarded directly by XIM, Bhubaneswar.

ELIGIBILITY & ADMISSION CRITERION

2 Years of work experience.
A three year bachelors Degree (or equivalent) in any discipline recognized by the Association of Indian Universities as eligible for post- graduate studies in management with at least two years of work experience.
Personal interviews.

COURSE DURATION: 1 Year

CLASS SCHEDULE: Saturdays (6:00pm-9:00pm) & Sundays (2:00pm-5:00pm)

DELIVERY MODE: Classes through Video Conferencing

CLASS LOCATIONS: Across the country

PROGRAM PRICE: Rs. 1, 50,000/-* (exclusive of taxes)

1st installment	Rs. 33,750/- At the time of acceptance of admission offer, in favor of Xavier Institute of Management payable at Bhubaneswar
2nd Installment	Rs. 45,500/- By the end of the third month of the program, in favor of Alethia Education Services Pvt. Ltd payable at New Delhi
3rd Installment	Rs. 33,750/- By the end of the sixth month of the program, in favor of Xavier Institute of Management payable at Bhubaneswar
4th Installment	Rs 45,500/- By the end of tenth month of the program, in favor of Alethia Education Services Pvt. Ltd payable at New Delhi
