The Campus

XIMB is located in a 20 acre campus in the Institutional Area of Bhubaneswar. It is surrounded by organisations such as Satyam Computers, Infosys, STPI, Nalco, Posco, CYSD etc.

The campus has Ultra Modern Classroom Facilities, Administrative Buildings, Student Hostels, Executive Hostel, Faculty Quarters, Studio Apartment, Recreation Club, Management Development Center, Sports Club, GYM Center and Multipurpose Auditorium.

Sports Facilities

For all the sports lovers in the institute (and that includes a majority of the faculty!) there is an indoor badminton court, a volleyball court, a floodlit basketball court and two floodlit tennis courts where both students and professors actively take part in all the sports activities. For the fitness freaks, the institute houses a state of the art multi-purpose gymnasium to take care of the fine tuning needs of those with muscles. And of course, for all the cricket and football fanatics, there is a huge green field to unleash their latent potential.

The Multi-Purpose Hall (MPH)

The hub of recreation in the institute undoubtedly, is the Multi Purpose Hall (MPH). Besides a Table Tennis Table and Carom Boards, The MPH boasts of a state of the art Home Theatre System equipped with VCD player for all those movie buffs who swear by Steven Spielberg or even our very own Govinda! And that's not all, over the weekend the MPH gets converted into a real-time discotheque. The weekend in XIMB is the time to unwind - JLT - that's 'Just Like That.' Dance parties, bonfires, musicals help keep the students in high spirits given the back breaking academic schedule.

The Book Club

To satiate reading tastes there is a wide collection of both Fiction and Non-Fiction Literature in a Book Club. The Club, conveniently situated within the Hostel, caters to the preferences of almost every period, genre` and style. Membership dues are a nominal onetime payment.

Faculty Quarters

The Institute provides quarters for the faculty on the campus. These are two bedroom apartments with a large dining-cum-drawing hall and two toilets. The apartments are breezy with greenery all around. The faculty quarters are a part of the Campus Network. Each house has a network connection. There is ample parking space for the faculty vehicles. There is the rock garden, a favourite spot for campus children.

Studio Apartment

The Institute has ultra modern six floored Studio Apartment. Which is built over 14000 SQFT area. The apartment is designed with modern architechture and equipped with all the facilities.
